Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. Presentable

Look around customers' property and communicate things you could repair or things that our company can address. Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed. Taking the time to address small repairs, then point out additional items to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more. Someone who is punctual, efficient, and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction. Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team. Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations. Demonstrates superior customer services.
