We are currently seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen/handymen with skills in multiple trades.
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Overall trade knowledge
– Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Drywall repair, Deck and fence repairs, Painting.
Proper Equipment
– Know which tools are needed for each task; full tool set not required.
Troubleshooting Skills
– Quick thinker who can examine a problem and promptly resolve it professionally.
Excellent Communication Skills
– Communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
Presentable Appearance
– Clean-cut look, decent vehicle, organized tools.
Customer‑Focused Service
– Observe property, discuss repairs, earn confidence, identify additional work opportunities, maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction.
Job Benefits
Monday‑through‑Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm); weekends on a volunteer basis.
