2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
EPA Certification and knowledge of superheat & subcooling.
Ability to diagnose and make repair/replace decisions.
Ability to acquire a mechanical license within 2 years of employment.
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality work.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
