Pay Ranges
CNA: $17.50 - $20.62 / Hour
LPN: $27.00 - $35.54 / Hour
RN: $36.00 - $53.30 / Hour
Responsibilities RN – Registered Nurse:
Team leaders assist in ensuring the general health and well‑being of residents by providing direct nursing care. Direct care includes planning, developing, organizing, implementing, assessing, and evaluating the care of residents to ensure a high degree of quality care and regulatory compliance at all times.
LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse:
Licensed Practical Nurses are indispensable members of our interdisciplinary team and are charged with managing the daily clinical regimen of each resident and sub‑acute patient. They gain extensive clinical experience and provide advanced care in a home‑like setting.
CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant:
Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal and nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents in Elderwood skilled nursing facilities. They work under the direction of a licensed nurse. State specific certification is required.
Qualifications
Credentials verifying appropriate certificate and license in New York State – RN, LPN, CNA, PT, SLO, OT, COTA, RT; current state license/certificate required.
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, and to work well with others.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence.
Willingness to uphold the company’s vision and mission by following core values of integrity, teamwork, passion for excellence, and reverence for the individual.
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English at an intermediate or higher level.
