Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain a state-of-the-art automated material handling system in a fast‑paced distribution center, prioritizing safety, maximizing performance, and excelling in electrical and mechanical tasks.
Pay and Benefits Pay ranges between $28 and $32 per hour. WITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts and performance‑based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
Approach all tasks with a safety‑first mindset, ensuring the well‑being of yourself and your team.
Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance.
Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
Aid in installation or refurbishment of system components.
Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site‑specific enhancements.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in industrial technology or related field preferred.
1–2 years of relevant electrical and/or mechanical experience required; 5+ years preferred.
Strong skills in electrical (3‑Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with electromechanical drive technologies (motors, gears).
Knowledge of control technology (PLC, inverters).
Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and proprietary monitoring programs.
Experience maintaining material handling systems in a light‑industry or distribution center preferred.
Physical Requirements
Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
Working at heights of up to 80–100 feet while wearing fall‑arrest gear and PPE.
Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
