Requirements
At least one year of flux core experience using 1/16 or 3/32 wire
Experience with stack welding on material at least 3/4 inch thick
Preferably experience with heat straightening
Comfortable working at heights and physically able to work inside and on top of large weldments, including using man lifts or scissor lifts
Able to be on their feet for a significant portion of the shift and handle the physical demands of large-scale fabrication work
