Apprentice Flexographic Press Operator – Online Labels Group
Online Labels Group is hiring Flexographic Press Operator Apprentices to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are interested in learning the full lifecycle of label manufacturing through hands‑on training.
Selected candidates will be enrolled in our Flexographic Press Apprenticeship Program, which blends technical college–style training with real‑world application. No prior flexographic experience is required; we will train you. The program is designed to prepare you for a long‑term career as a Flexographic Press Operator.
Pay & Benefits
Starting at $15/hour, with increases tied to skill development.

Training & Shift Details
Initial training on 1st shift (Mon–Thu).
After training, flexible shift work required; shift placement based on business needs and training progression.
Shift differentials apply for 2nd and 4th shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up flexographic presses.
Mount plates and manage ink systems.
Handle materials and adjust presses.
Inspect print quality and perform quality control.
Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues.
Follow the full label production lifecycle from setup to finished product.
Operate presses safely.
Required Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for long periods in a production environment.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts after training.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
English communication skills for safe and efficient operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical school, vocational training, or mechanical certification.
Experience in manufacturing, printing, or machine operation.
Experience with industrial equipment or production machinery.
Physical Demands
Talk, hear, sit, use hands and fingers; occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling.
Vision requirements include close vision.
Lift up to 45 lbs.
