Mission
Operate and process parts in a press. Report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and orders. Safely load and unload molds. Maintain and identify mold defects and report findings. Build parts using phenolic‑impregnated glass and film adhesives. Document materials for traceability. Safely handle regulated materials and protect the confidentiality of C&D products. Adapt to changing business conditions and perform other tasks as assigned.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of stable employment (preferred).
Previous press operator or equivalent experience preferred.
Manufacturing and aerospace experience preferred.
Skills
Basic Microsoft product proficiency.
Ability to read engineering blueprints (desirable).
