Shift:
1st Shift- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
Sets up thermoforming machines for operation
Mounts dies, molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.
Engages machine to produce parts and maintains continuous operation.
Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks.
Performs routine maintenance on machines.
Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.
Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.
Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.
Uses and reads calipers.
Keeps accurate daily box counts.
Runs the specified number of parts on each job.
Maintains a good working relationship with inspectors and operators.
Knows and verifies specification requirements of each part.
Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work area.
Assists in setting up machines as needed.
We’d Love to Hear From You If
Have at least 6 months Set Up Operator experience.
1 year previous production line experience preferred.
Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.
Have good written and verbal communication skills, manual dexterity and agility and leadership skills.
Have past experience with Thermoformers and hand-held tools.
Self-starting, willing to learn, does other tasks as required.
Knowledge about basic math and English skills to complete paperwork.
Can maintain a good attendance record.
Can work in an environment with exposure to heat, toxic fumes, greases and lubricants.
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing and talking are necessary for role.
Can lift up to 50 pounds.
