As a finisher at our Dane location, you will:
Be aware of and follow all safety policies
Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
Maintain site organization and clean‑up
Complete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 600 sq ft
Complete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1000 sq ft
Complete exterior edging and hard trowel finishing on front stoops as needed
Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to form and grade flatwork projects
Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work outside in all conditions
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
