Mill Operator - Second Shift

**Job Description****Second Shift,** **4 pm to approximately 2 am, usually Monday through Friday with occasional weekends****Position Overview**: Primary duties to include the manufacturing of livestock feed and all related paperwork. Additional duties to include loading/unloading trucks, customer service, grounds and equipment maintenance, warehouse maintenance, and other related feed production duties, forklift operation and grain handling.**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*** Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little or no supervision.* Assist other mill employees with operating activities.* Operate scales for inbound and outbound trucks.* Performing basic preventative maintenance, including housekeeping items.* Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.* Accurately distribute feed directly to a feed truck.* Operate equipment safely.* Consistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.* Properly complete necessary paperwork and records.* Assist with other duties as assigned.**Skills and Qualifications**:* Computer skills and ability to learn new software.* Have an understanding of safe working conditions and operations of vehicles.* Be willing and able to work well with others, to take and give constructive criticism, and to lend a helping hand.* Ability to use analytical techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making.* Mechanical interest and aptitude are beneficial.* Driven, organized, and punctual.* Must be team oriented.* Possess great attention to detail.**Educations and Experience**:* High School Diploma.* Agriculture background a plus.At Keystone Cooperative, we value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
