As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated **CNC Machining Operator** to join our team.**Position Overview**The Machining Technician will be responsible for maintaining production machines, measuring parts for conformity, and ensuring consistent quality output. Training will be provided.**3rd Shift – Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM**Responsibilities**Duties & Responsibilities*** Identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.* Inspect and measure completed production units to identify defects.* Start or restart equipment after power outages or interruptions.* Maintain a safe and orderly production area.* Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications**Required Skills & Abilities*** Has CNC machining experience.* Strong understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment.* Analytical and problem-solving skills.* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.* Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, and disciplined approach to equipment operation.* Commitment to teamwork, supporting team members across shifts and locations.* Willingness to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.**Education & Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Machining experience preferred but not required (training provided).**Physical Requirements*** Physical ability to operate and maintain machines.* Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching.* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.Job Benefits**Benefits include:*** + Health, dental, and vision insurance
