Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication with customers and support staff.
Maintain a well‑stocked van and sharp tools.
Deliver quality service and integrity every day.
Reliability for nights, weekends, and on‑call emergencies.
Commit to training and certifications.
Pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license.

Universal EPA certification.
Valid driver’s license.
At least 2 years of commercial HVAC/r refrigeration experience (plus).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles; ability to read schematics and work plans.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic technology skills; comfortable with mobile apps and documentation.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 75 lbs; move heavy objects frequently.
Comfortable operating in extreme temperatures and tight spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces).
Balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
Dexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
Adherence to all applicable safety procedures.
