Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or grinders according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, adjusting machine offsets and parameters as needed.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components from machines.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code/M-code.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) for quality inspection.
Strong understanding of shop mathematics, GD&T, and material properties.
Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common issues.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software for fixture design or complex part programming.
Experience performing preventative maintenance or light troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
Knowledge of advanced metrology tools (e.g., CMM operation) and GD&T principles.
Experience with multi-axis CNC machining or turn-mill operations.
