$49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
Adjust machine settings and programming to optimize production.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code/M-code.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality control.
Experience with tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance.
Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and safety protocols.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
Experience operating and/or programming CMMs or other advanced metrology equipment.
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
