Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Document production data and report any issues to management. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
