Responsibilities
MacGyvering your way through guest suite fixes—plumbing, painting, patching, or powering things up, you’ve got it covered.
Keeping the property in tip‑top shape with regular preventative maintenance—it’s not just a job, it’s a vibe.
Diagnosing quirky equipment issues like a pro, and performing precision repairs that would impress your high school shop teacher.
Jumping in for emergency fixes like a hero in a high‑vis vest.
Using hand and power tools like second nature—drills, meters, saws, you name it.
Rocking carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and a bit of everything in between—diverse skills, meet diverse tasks.
Spotting wonky operations or materials and flagging them before they become a “thing.”
Staying safe and OSHA‑aligned (safety is the new sexy).
