Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to support our litigation team.
Filing and service of litigation docs in both state and federal courts.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather essential information and maintain open lines of communication.
Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by compiling evidence and creating exhibits.
Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring all filings and submissions are completed on time and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and strategies for complex legal issues and cases.
Qualifications
Experience in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to support litigation efforts.
Proven track record of filing and serving litigation documents in both state and federal courts.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather essential information and maintain open communication.
Strong organizational skills to manage case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Experience in assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by compiling evidence and creating exhibits.
