Our client is seeking a skilled
Public Finance Paralegal
to join a fast‑paced, collaborative team supporting multiple attorneys across offices. In this role, you’ll work on high‑profile public finance and credit market transactions, providing essential support that ensures timely, accurate, and professional completion of all legal documentation and filings. Your work will directly impact client outcomes and the efficiency of the practice.

Compensation: $53,000–$80,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support attorneys in all phases of public finance and credit market transactions
Draft, revise, and file documents related to bonds, loans, and tax‑exempt financings
Conduct legal and factual research, including reviewing public records and corporate filings
Maintain organized electronic matter files and manage closing binders
Coordinate with municipalities, underwriters, financial advisors, and internal teams
Track deadlines, monitor project timelines, and proactively update attorneys
Participate in administrative and staff meetings as necessary
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
Minimum 4 years of Paralegal experience
Strong understanding of public finance, economic development projects, and tax‑advantaged financing
Knowledge of entity organization and Secretary of State procedures
Ability to utilize resources to search land records, tax assessor sites, and related business law resources
Experience capturing and recording billable time
Ability to anticipate attorney needs and exercise sound judgment
Drive, personal initiative, and a high degree of detail orientation
