Location:
Hybrid based in either Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; or Harrisburg, PA. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating in-office as needed for closings and team projects.
Note:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in public finance transactions, municipal bonds, or similar regulated areas.

Job Description
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documents
Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities
Manage due diligence and closing processes, including document distribution, signature packages, and binders
Prepare and file UCC, tax, and other regulatory documents
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and outside counsel to coordinate all stages of transactions
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience in public finance, municipal bonds, or related regulatory work
Bachelors degree or Paralegal certificate preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Strong document drafting, research, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
