Assist attorneys with all stages of medical malpractice litigation
Draft and respond to discovery: interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit
Prepare legal documents: motions, pleadings, trial docs, and subpoenas
Gather and organize medical records from healthcare facilities
Ensure compliance with state and federal e-filing procedures
Qualifications
2-3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical malpractice
Paralegal certification or degree
Strong understanding of medical terminology and malpractice law
Experience in drafting discovery and trial documents
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
