We're looking for a
Litigation Paralegal
to be part of a dynamic plaintiff's firm in Myrtle Beach & Conway, SC. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated pro with a passion for helping clients and lawyers through every stage of litigation, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, and trial documents Maintain case files and databases like a pro Prepare discovery docs (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit) Create case chronologies and assist with e-filing (state & federal) Communicate with clients and attorneys to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
at least 3-5 years of paralegal experience in Plaintiffs personal injury litigation in depth knowledge of litigation procedures, including SC Civil Procedure Rules Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a champ Paralegal degree or certification preferred
