This role will require prior experience with corporate governance legal work, as well as managing multiple entities and subsidiary matters. Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and materials for Board and Committee meetings, including uploading documents to governance portals Draft materials for annual shareholder meetings and subsidiary board sessions Manage the preparation, review, and tracking of legal documents and corporate records Provide documentation and evidence for regulatory audits and internal reviews Prepare board minutes and assist with transactional agreements Qualifications
6+ years of corporate governance experience as a paralegal or paralegal adjacent position Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly Experience with governance platforms such as Board Vantage is a plus Solid understanding of legal practices and corporate governance principles Seniority level
