Employment Litigation Paralegal
Location:
Los Angeles or Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with experience in plaintiff labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a busy caseload, supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, and serving as a critical point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
Assist with case management, including organizing case files, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines.
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
Manage client communications and maintain regular case updates.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in plaintiff labor and employment law.
Strong knowledge of California state and federal court rules and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$70,000
ā
$110,000
annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
