We are partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm that is looking to add an experienced

Employment Paralegal

to its growing team. This is a

opportunity for a driven professional with strong labor and employment litigation experience. Position:

Plaintiff Employment Paralegal Location:

Oakland, CA (Hybrid) Candidates must be based in California. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive paralegal support in plaintiff-side employment litigation matters Assist with case management from intake through trial or settlement Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Manage deadlines, filings, and document production Support attorneys with trial preparation, depositions, and mediations Required Experience:

Must have 3+ years

of experience as an Employment Paralegal (plaintiff side strongly preferred) Strong background in

Labor & Employment law , including: Wage & Hour matters, Class Actions, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, Whistleblower claims, PAGA cases. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Why Join:

The annual salary for this position can be

between $80,000- $120,000 base annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
