A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
* Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
* Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
* Drafting Discovery Responses
* Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
* Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
* Calendaring litigation timelines
* Conducting status update calls with clients
* Client update calls
* Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
* Assist in trial preparation.
