Charlotte law firm with strong team culture and top‑notch benefits is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal with 1+ years of plaintiff's personal injury experience.
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year DOE

Primary Duties
Communicate with clients on a daily basis
Set up new claims with insurance carriers
Request medical records and bills
Assist with property damage claim
Communicate with lien‑holders on lien reductions
Handle pre‑litigation cases from intake to settlement
Other aspects of case management role
Candidates Must Possess
1+ years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience
Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis
High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
Ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients
High level organization and time management skills
Ability to accomplish results and meet goals
Self‑management skills and ability to hit the ground running
Above‑average typing skills (60+ words per minute)
