Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury
Our client, a law firm located in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking a paralegal to join their team. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
Support case investigations, including liability analysis and identification of at‑fault parties. Communicate with clients regarding injuries, treatment, and damages. Obtain, organize, and review medical records, billing, and related documentation. Identify applicable insurance coverage and potential liens. Draft demand letters and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and manage case timelines and deadlines. Prepare cases for settlement, litigation, and trial, including exhibits and visual aids. Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and procedural motions. Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. Enter and update case data accurately in FileVine. Qualifications
2+ years of relevant paralegal experience. 2+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury law experience. Paralegal certification or Associate’s degree (required). Knowledge of pre‑litigation and litigation case management. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting multiple deadlines. Seniority level
