Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, based in Holly Springs, NC. The technician will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.

Qualifications

Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintenance & repair of HVAC systems

Experience with preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment

Commitment to providing excellent customer satisfaction through effective service and communication

Knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance

Ability to work independently and on‑site at customer locations

EPA certification and valid driver’s license are a plus

Relevant technical training or HVAC certification is beneficial
