This person will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and completing basic data entry tasks. Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule service calls and update the daily calendar
Enter customer information and job details into our system
Assist with general office tasks and administrative support
Maintain accurate and organized records
Keep the office and showroom clean, organized, and stocked with information and materials
Qualifications
Strong phone and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer and data entry skills
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Prior office or customer service experience is a plus
Compensation $15 - $18 hourly
