Overview Riverdale Country Club (Established in 1929) in Sheboygan, Wisconsin offers a picturesque 18-Hole Public Golf facility and an enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. Riverdale Country Club is a member of the Northeast Wisconsin Golf Association (NEWGA). The 1 st Assistant Golf Professional will be responsible for overseeing all golf operations at Riverdale Country Club. This position is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the golf business who is ready to take the next step in their career. Riverdale Country Club Golf Course is open typically from March through November. During Riverdale's off-season the 1 st Assistant Professional will work at the Town & Country Golf Shop. Town & Country Golf Shop is open year round, featuring (3) Golf Simulators, Club Fitting and an extensive selection of golf equipment. Town & Country is a (3) time Wisconsin Merchandiser of the Year Public Golf Course.

Experience Required 2-3 Years

Essential Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the golf shop, golf carts and golf range

Provide excellent customer service and promote club events and programs

Oversee and execute golf outings and club events

Coordinate with the Food and Beverage Manager for outings and club events

Coordinate and communicate with maintenance department

Run and grow league business, adult lesson programs, and junior lesson programs

Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Assist in the hiring and training of staff with a focus on consistent friendly service

Complete weekly schedules based upon projected staffing needs
