Window & Door Service Technician

Responsibilities

Perform installation adjustments and repairs on windows and doors, including screens, glass, sashes, and hardware

Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to coordinate parts ordering and warranty service

Complete service documentation accurately and submit required paperwork promptly

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites while adhering to company standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in window and door service or related construction work

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights using ladders

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer‑focused mindset

Proficiency with basic computer applications and effective communication skills
