What You’ll Be Doing This role is responsible for accurately applying agricultural chemicals and fertilizers by safely operating and maintaining agriculture equipment, including but not limited to sprayers, spreaders, and trucks. You can expect to mix, load, and apply pesticides/fertilizers, provide superior customer service, and maintain customer rapport while working efficiently and having fun! This position also performs an exciting variety of tasks on non-application days, which may include such things as warehouse maintenance and/or location grounds and equipment maintenance and/or assisting other departments as needed.

What We Need from You
A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance
Commercial Chemical Applicator’s License or willingness to obtain
Valid Class B CDL or willingness to obtain
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions with extended work hours in peak season
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Bonus Points if You Have
Agricultural background with related experience operating agricultural equipment
Associate degree or technical certificate in agriculture related field of study desired
Tanker Endorsement
Hazmat Endorsement
1-2 years of related chemical application desired
1-2 years of equipment mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
