Entry-Level CNC Machinist / Grinder
to support our power and engine systems manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to build your career alongside experienced machinists in a supportive, structured environment. You’ll gain practical experience with CNC mills, lathes, and grinders while learning the standards and processes that keep production running smoothly.

Hands‑on training and career growth opportunities
What You’ll Do Assist with setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and ID/OD grinders
Learn to follow programs and process instructions with guidance
Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to inspect parts
Follow standard procedures to support consistent, high‑quality output
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work closely with supervisors and team leads to meet production goals
What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of CNC or manufacturing coursework preferred
Basic shop math and mechanical aptitude
Willingness to follow instructions and learn step‑by‑step
Interest in manufacturing, machining, or quality processes
Dependable, steady work habits and good communication with teammates
