Master HVAC/Plumbing Mechanic
Due to incredible growth, Marquis Health Consulting Services is excited to add Master HVAC and Plumbing Mechanics to our amazing teams. Come grow with us!!! This role will support our NJ facilities. Travel is a must.
The Master HVAC/Plumbing Mechanic is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of complex heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong diagnostic abilities, and the ability to perform work in accordance with industry codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. The mechanic may also oversee junior technicians, provide training, and assist in project planning.
Additional Duties
Lead, mentor, and train apprentices and technicians.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory logs.
Assist with project estimates, material selection, and planning for new installations.
Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot urgent issues.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Master HVAC or Master Plumber license (or both), depending on jurisdiction.
5–10+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing systems.
Must maintain valid Driver License.
EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling (required for HVAC).
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and industry-standard equipment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Salary Range Salary Range -$140,000 to $160,000 per year
