**About the Role** The Water Meter Installer reports to the Smart Meter Deployment Operations Manager at Bermex. This position plays a key role in water meter maintenance and measurement. This position also requires a high degree of walking in outdoor environmental conditions, excellent time management, and exceptional flexibility day to dayOther duties as assigned. Education: None. Must be 18 years of age or olderExperience: No experience necessary, employees will be trained. Valid driver's license is requiredEducation: High School Diploma or GED1 year of continuous work with the same employer, and/or 6 or more months working Experience: 1 or more years of experience in the direct exchange of water meters and registers of varying sizes; Your Skills:Adequate time management skills to finish daily meter reads in a timely manner, figuring out an efficient way to read meters for that dayExcellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with management and customersAbility to interact with unhappy or negative customers in a professional manner Ability to walk long distances and prepare for weather conditions, accordingly
