Full-time Electromechanical Assembly Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly, with expertise in working with electrical panels and interpreting electrical engineering schematics. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and production of cutting‑edge electro‑mechanical systems.
Shift: 1st | Monday-Friday Pay: $23-26/hr
Key Responsibilities
Assemble complex electro‑mechanical systems including machine wiring, electrical panels, junction boxes, control panels, sub‑assembly and component assembly
Build and wire electrical panels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Read and interpret electrical engineering schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Conduct thorough quality control checks and functional testing of assembled units as needed
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve assembly processes and product quality
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in electro‑mechanical assembly, with a strong focus on electrical panels
Extensive knowledge of electrical panels, their components, and assembly processes
Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering schematics and technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
