What You’ll Do
Operate labeling machinery with precision, making basic adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
Ensure workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality standards
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Maintain inventory, records, and files accurately
Meet production deadlines
Support the team with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in manufacturing
Commitment to following SOPs and safety procedures
Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with teammates and management
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation; openness to cross-training
Flexibility to work overtime when production deadlines require it
Previous experience with labeling machines is a plus
