Compensation $20.41 per hour

Typical Duties
Assist skilled workers in performing various maintenance at the Wash Rack Facility.
Maintain and upkeep building, ground, and equipment.
Communicate directly with customers and supervisors, informing them of unexpected or additional repairs and determining needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.
Diagnose problems and suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
Communicate with scheduler to update status of repairs, estimate completion dates, and additional material requirements.
Follow all Safety Procedures and Policies.
Occasional weekend and after‑hours work required to support military operations; work hours may be adjusted based on customer schedule changes.
Inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on stormwater basins, oil skimmers, and related equipment; report deficiencies to supervisor or Lead.
Work in all weather conditions; majority of the role is outdoors.
Qualifications
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Work well in a team setting.
Preferred: 1 year of general maintenance/construction experience.
Able to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, occasionally in adverse weather.
Able to work in a variety of environments, including high places.
Good manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance.
Physical Requirements
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours; may require climbing in and out of vehicles and stairs.
Stand or sit for extended periods; perform repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking.
Work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
Requirements
Valid state driver’s license; must obtain and maintain Tessera insurance coverage.
Real‑ID compliant driver’s license, U.S. passport, or military ID required for federal installation access. https://www.dhs.gov/real‑id
Obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
