$20.41 per hour Benefits:

Responsibilities
Assist skilled workers in performing various maintenance tasks at the Wash Rack Facility.
Maintain and upkeep of building, grounds, and equipment.
Communicate with customers and supervisors; inform customers of unexpected or additional repairs and determine customer needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.
Diagnose issues and suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
Communicate with scheduler to update status of repairs, estimate completion dates, and material requirements.
Follow all safety procedures and policies.
Occasional weekend and after-hours work to support military operations; times and dates to be determined. Ability to adjust hours based on customer schedule changes.
Inspect, clean, and complete minor repairs on stormwater basins, oil skimmers, and related equipment; report deficiencies to supervisor or Lead.
Work outdoors in most weather conditions.
Qualifications
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers professionally.
Ability to work in a team and contribute effectively.
1 year of experience in general maintenance or construction preferred.
Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, occasionally in adverse weather.
Ability to work in varied environments including high places.
Good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance.
Physical Requirements Must be able to perform the following physical demands for extended periods; accommodations may be available on a case-by-case basis:
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motion for several hours.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking; standing or sitting for several hours; climbing in and out of vehicles and stairs.
Ability to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
Requirements
Valid state driver’s license with ability to obtain and maintain Tessera’s insurance coverage.
REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ID) for access to federal installations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Background check and E-Verify will be conducted.
