Job Responsibilities
Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk‑in coolers, freezers, small self‑contained equipment, and reach‑ins.
Drive, install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, including leak detection and component testing.
Replace defective equipment, components, or wiring as needed.
Communicate with customers regarding repair status and maintenance requirements.
Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers.
Order and install replacement parts, and ensure systems operate efficiently.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
Universal EPA Certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Pass pre‑employment background check and on‑site drug test.
Safely operate and maintain company‑provided vehicle.
Available for after‑hours service.
Strong customer‑service skills.
Experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, hot foods, and preventive maintenance is a bonus.
Provide own tools (hand tools, gauges, power tools); company provides ladders, vacuum pumps, reclaimers, torch, nitrogen tank, leak detector.
