Pay & Benefits
Starting salary of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
$7,500 Sign on Bonus

Monday – Friday
9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Repair / maintenance shop at the Arnold, MO hauling site
Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
Perform safety checks on vehicles – safety of employees and the public is top priority.
Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times.
Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work.
Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Qualifications
4 years of relevant work experience.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Over 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform required physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing.
Exposure to physical occupational risks (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.) often.
Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often.
Work occurs in both indoor garage/shop and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, heat and humidity.
