Up to $7,500 bonus for a Master Flat Tech based on experience, paid at the end of the year

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures and protocols.
Assist Service Advisor in test‑driving vehicles and testing components and systems; use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed; provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
Ability to identify the problem quickly.
Good knowledge of automobiles.
Effective analytical and communication skills.
Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Technical degree preferred.
ASE certifications preferred.
