Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $97,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Supervise SMT/DIP line and/or Material Preparation Area (MPA) operations including setup, run, and shutdown.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Ensure the production WIP quantity and its aging is within target.

Coordinate with planning and engineering teams to resolve material or process issues.

Lead and motivate production staff to meet daily goals.

Ensure that production operators and leaders are trained on equipment, processes, and safety.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

Form and lead the Production department's M360 dialogue meeting.

Ensure production line readiness by coordinating with PMC, PSE, QA, PME, TC, etc.

Escalate issues affecting production line efficiency, quality and productivity.

Enforce quality standards including IPC-A-610 and ISO related standards.

Review real-time quality yield reports and escalate to related department for support.

Ensure traceability and documentation compliance.

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Participate in Lean and Kaizen initiatives.

Track and analyze production issues and drive root cause resolution.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and Six-S principles.

Address and document safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business administration, or related field.

Minimum 4+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge of SMT/DIP/MPA processes and equipment.

Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
