Clift Buick GMC is seeking a Skilled Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced collision center. We operate one of the largest and busiest auto body repair facilities in Lenawee County, with steady year-round work and multiple direct repair relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
Execute welding, soldering, body alignment, sanding, buffing, and paint preparation
Operate all collision center equipment safely and properly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship on every job
Accurately document all work performed upon completion
Follow all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with technicians, estimators, and management
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ Years of Automotive Body Shop Technician Experience (Required)
I-CAR Certification & Michigan Motor Vehicle Certificate (Preferred)
Must supply own tools and equipment
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass background check & physical
