What You’ll Do
Assemble complex cable and wire harnesses using crimping, soldering, stripping, and terminating techniques.
Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure every assembly meets quality standards.
Perform continuity and functional testing using cable testers and other verification tools.
Inspect your own work for accuracy, consistency, and reliability before release.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to identify and correct assembly or wiring issues.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all TrekConnect Quality Management System procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement and cross‑training to expand your technical skills.
