Job Description and Position Requirements Penn State Shenango invites applications for Adjunct Lecturers in Information Technology and Management Information Systems, starting August 2025.
Job Duties
Teach classes supporting our baccalaureate degree in Information Technology (IT) degree and/or in Management Information Systems using in‑person, hybrid, and online delivery methods.
Commitment to high‑quality instruction in a student‑centered environment is expected.
Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology, and hybrid and online teaching is an advantage.
Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment is important.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer information systems, computer science, or a closely related field.
College‑level teaching experience, including the instructional use of technology, is preferred.
Applicants will be reviewed based on their background, experience, and educational credentials. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until vacancies are filled.
