We are looking for 1st shift welders to join our growing Little Chute, WI location. If you have TIG/MIG experience and enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great position for you.
Base pay range $22.00/yr – $25.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler
Observe tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x‑ray, and dimension tolerance
Develop templates or tooling and other work aids to hold and align parts
Determine required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques
Examine finished products and spare parts and compare them with samples to check whether the specifications are met
Inspect grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using measuring instruments
Welding metal, such as fusing metal segments, using gas tungsten arc, metal arc, flux‑cored arc, plasma arc, and other types of welding arcs
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
7+ years of experience in TIG, MIG, and Tack‑weld (TIG welding preferred)
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission
Ability to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
Lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the day
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Reading blueprints and performing all necessary measurements
