Automotive Master Technician / Mechanic | $70K TO $120K* & Weekends Off | Cedar Hill

Job Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
Review TSBs and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs
Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs
Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle
Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed
Provide great customer care and professionalism
Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to customers
Master MFG level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions provided by CBA)
Qualifications:
5+ years automotive repair experience required with ASE certification
Team oriented
Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicles
Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Excel at diagnostics and drivability problems
Have the drive to and the ability to flag 60+ hours per week
Ability to quickly master factory scan tools
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
Walk/stand for the majority of your workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer
