Responsibilities
Process raw materials into machined parts according to production needs and job specifications.
Set up and operate a variety of machines, including Drill Press, Lathe, and Mill.
Perform machine adjustments, routine maintenance, and ensure safe operation in alignment with company safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate part production.
Edit and modify G&M code programs as needed.
Manage and organize raw materials to minimize waste and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
Compensation
The starting pay range for this position is $22–27 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.
Day Shift
6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am – 11:00 am Friday

Qualifications
Proficient in reading a tape measure with accuracy to 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" increments, with a strong understanding of inch‑to‑decimal conversions.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints with accuracy.
Experience in using precision measuring tools, including digital and vernier calipers and micrometers.
Knowledgeable in dimensions and sizing of common structural steel materials.
